1)WHERE ARE YOU BASED?

We are global worldwide distribution company based in United States , we have over 44 branch over global countries  and our Central Distribution hub will be on different base country. 

2 ) HOW DOES SHIPPING WORK?

We are proud to partner with merchants and artisans from around the world to offer you the best prices and the most interesting products. This means that your order is shipped from regions of the world such as Thailand, Tibet, China, India, etc. via our partnership with USPS. 

As we ship directly from our distribution hub in these countries, your item may take 1 to 3 weeks to arrive. Don't panic if it doesn't arrive immediately, it is on its way (please email us for tracking).

We also offer international shipping options - wherever you are, you can buy from us! 

2) THE TRACKING NUMBER ON MY ORDER STOPPED UPDATING, WHAT HAPPENED? 

If you're buying from outside of the U.S. (particularly in Canada), your country's customs department may decide to hold your items at the border temporarily.

Note: Canada's customs department takes a particularly long time to resolve these holds. This is relatively rare, but if your order is held up in customs, we suggest calling your country's customs department directly and ask that they release your items immediately.

Note: if for some reason your order is never released by customs, we'll send you a replacement!

3 ) WHAT IF I NEED TO RETURN SOMETHING?

HOW DO WE CONTACT YOU WITH PRESS INQUIRIES?

Send us an email to enquires@orionmartsintl.com and we'll get back to you as soon as we can.

1) How long does shipping take? 

Your order will be shipped 1-5 days after your order, it will take 10-15 days to reach your doorstep. 

2) What if I need to return the order?

Instead of returning, you can contact us for a full refund. Why? Every return will create more carbon footprint. So, just tell us what went wrong. Attach a picture and we will give you a full refund. If possible, please recycle or donate the item to local charity. 

3) Can I cancel my order? 

Cancellation is possible if you do not receive your package within the time frame specified for each individual product. Sometimes orders get sent out before we can process the cancellation. So, if you have cancelled your order but still receive the package, please go ahead and do one of these three steps: recycle it, donate it or enjoy it. 

4) What happens if I receive the wrong item? 

If there is an issue with your order -- if it is the wrong size, wrong color, defective, or otherwise not exactly what you wanted -- just notify us thru email enquires@orionmartsintl.com. We will arrange a refund. You would not be asked to ship the product back to us. 

5) Do you offer an exchange? 

We do not offer exchanges. However, if there is any reason you did not get the exact product you expected, just let us know and we will send you a new one.
